Great location, exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. First floor with backyard access. Super accessible street parking. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

The property was in a great location, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The home also had a desk to use, which was handy when working. That said, we had to reach out to the host for every tiny detail, like the WiFi code and trash disposal. As visitors, we could have used a welcome guide that mentioned those details including guidelines on street parking. Things like the spices were clearly too old and the top light in the living room flickered often. The keyboard on the desk didn’t work and some handles on the drawers would come off. The property definitely needs more upkeep and care, but it worked for us given the location and the size of the apartment. It was great for two people and a dog.

L'appartement, situé en rez-de-chaussée, est spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités. La climatisation est efficace, le lit très confortable, la localisation dans la Petite Italie est très agréable avec les rues ombragées et verdoyantes. Séjour au calme avec les petits commerces aux alentours, et le marché Jean Talon pas loin.
