Unfortunately the property is under renovation and a lot of noise in the front desk area. The elevators are small and some were not working. Waiting time was longer than expected. The location is pretty good, near restaurants, metro and more. That was a great advantage. The room was clean, comfortable bed.

Great stay

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly. The King Suite was spotless and spacious. The location was close to restaurants and shops, with an excellent diner right next door. Breakfast had a good variety with attentive staff, and the hotel’s atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There is renovation work ongoing in the hotel lobby, which was only cosmetic and not an issue for us. Be aware construction work in the area did cause some early morning noise, but there is construction work being done all over the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Really bad experience. I paid for a room for five people, and there was no way we could fit in that room. We ended up having to pay for an extra room. Expedia folks said the hotel would help address the situation, but the management's attention to the issue was inadequate.
