I requested an early checkout due to a family emergency—my father was hospitalized and in critical condition. His physician advised me to stay at the hospital, as my father was in his final days. I contacted Expedia, and they informed me that any exception would depend on the hotel manager’s discretion. Unfortunately, when Expedia attempted to speak with the manager and staff, they were told no one spoke English. I also spoke directly with the manager, explained the situation, and asked for some compassion. Sadly, his response was cold and dismissive—he arrogantly said, “rules are rules,” and insisted there was nothing he could do. Given the circumstances, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and basic human decency.

My wife and I would walk to parque fundidora and there’s a delicious taqueria right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and the shower was huge even with a little bench in it.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is included and they have a system where there is no contact service to your room. You have a variety of breakfast plates to choose from and it was very good! A few things to keep in mind is the property is close to Metrorrey train station, so that’s a big plus! It is close to Parque Fundidora about 3/4 mile but super hard to access walking so you’ll need to take a taxi. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is super walkable so be prepared to use taxis. The property doesn’t have common spaces so there are no places for families to congregate outside the hotel room. I recommend this hotel for adults only as there are no family spaces. They don’t have quiet hours at night so you may hear loud TV’s and hallway noise. I think with some quiet hours rules that should take care of most of it. They have basic toiletries so be sure to pack extra conditioners or lotions you may need. It was a convenient last minute booking that worked for my situation.

It was very clean and very quiet. The staff were really nice and attentive. It was 5 mins driving away from Parque Fundidora. However, there was no windows in the room. The area and street was very crowded and somewhat dirty, but no noise was coming to the room. The complementary breakfast wasn’t good at all, it was not hot, it was soggy and and no protein in it.

Nice modern hotel

Nice modern but no on-site restaurant, just room service. Ribeye was delicious and breakfast was good and included Not sure about the neighborhood as reception was behind a sealed glass and there is a pass-thru box in each room for food delivery, giving yhe impression that area is not safe Good for a place to sleep after long day on road, well appointed with good covered parking (max height). No windows in rooms so felt a little caged in. Well priced.

Definitely not what it appears to be

I thought it was a decent place but I was wrong. While it has a lovely appearance inside, there was no hot water, regulated heat that made it extremely cold at night and you only get paper thin sheets, the food was as low quality as you can get. Slivers of ham with American cheese on white bread, school cafeteria style nachos, etc. The TV froze channels constantly so there was nothing to watch as you stayed bundled up in your clothing looking forward to leaving the next day. You'll definitely know when to leave as well because starting at about 7:00 people outside your door are incredibly loud and the place echoes accordingly. Unfortunate experience. Two stars for the the aesthetics.
