Ni siquiera es un hotel, es un motel de paso. Que lastima que Ustedes los de Exoedia tengan es su base de datos estos establecimientos tal horribles. Tuvimos que abandonar el lugar a pesar de que ya estaba pagado. Ya no reservaré con Ustedes los exprdios.

El Regis es en realidad un hotel de paso.

Parece cárcel, no suministran sábanas y solo ponen una especie de cobertor que nunca cambiaron durante mi estancia y muy delgado, solo hay un canal, y el agua sale tibia, y como hacía mucho frío subir bastante. Debí comprar un cobertor.

Lo peor de este servicio en lo que llevo usándola

Primero me contactaron para confirmar la hora de llegada vía WhatsApp lo cuál contesté que llegaríamos tarde sin embargo al llegar no respetaron la reservación otorgando la habitación a otras personas y lo peor de todo fue que pudimos ver qué estaban rentando las habitaciones por hora!!! Por lo que nos dieron otra habitación hasta las 10:30 pm incumpliendo nuestra reservación... Total mente deprimente
