The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and gave us a bunch of tips on where to eat. They had large fire pits which were nice to sit around at the end of the day.

Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing. We arrived after check in hours and they were able to accommodate. Carol and Gina were super helpful made check in so smooth. Rooms were clean and everything was just amazing. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Perfect location. Nice walk to Cannery Row. Restaurants, Aquarium, shops. Coffee in room. Drinking water would have been good. Fire pit is nice touch.

All in all our stay was great, but, I think the hotel should provide shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There was also no bag for dirty clothes.

I stayed here with a few of my friends for our guys trip. Check in and parking was easy. They even gave us some goodie bags which was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Just a few minute walk to restaurants and bars. Waking up and walking out the door you can see the bay. Saw a few seals too. My only regret is staying one night. Very family and people friendly. I will be bringing my family back.

I know there are not many choices in the cannery row area however the wave street inn is run down and in need of some care. The carpet in the room had severe stains and smelled terrible. The most shocking thing is that the bed sheets were worn so thin that you could see through them and there was holes in them. Once the room was made up by housekeeping the holy sheets were not even changed. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water but the rest was really a bad experience. Never again for me.

Great location. Slippery floors

We’ve been staying at this property for years. First time since it’s been rebranded and renovated. Pros: location, property condition, parking Cons: the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor—they must know about it because they provide two floor towels (isn’t that a form of liability acknowledgment)? Room cleaning early in the morning. Why is someone using a leaf blower in the courtyard at 9:30 am? Can’t that wait until check out time?

The property looks much better in the pictures than in reality. It's a few blocks from the ocean but has no ocean view. Check-in is at a desk from the garage, and the rooms are motel-style, with only windows facing the outdoor hallways.

Great Location

Great location! Walking distance to the Aquarium. The bed was very comfortable. Bring ear plugs the seagulls can be quite loud. We enjoyed the fire pits on level 2.
