Well the entire place was under construction was told we had breakfast the next morning the front desk looks me in face tells me where to go but they clos at 9am than we tried to go swimming the pool was closed ininly booked this room for the pool and breakfast and didn't get to have either one of those !

Our overall stay was okay. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a big disappointment. It was so small that you could hardly move around. The lobby was under construction but the check in process easy. This hotel is old. Not much you can do about that. But the location is excellent for the business district and for night life activities. Housekeeping and the front desk gets the highest rating.

All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was perfect! What a beautiful area. My only complaint would be parking! I worry that elderly or someone with few technical skills would have difficulty paying for parking.

Not very safe. We checked in for a 4 night stay, on day 2 we were sitting in the room when the door opened with a key and another family walked in. They had been given keys to our room. We asked multiple times for housekeeping and could never get our room cleaned. One day we asked at least once and hour until they told us house keeping had left for the day. It was close to other things and you could walk from the hotel. Parking is free if the lot isn't full.

Pros: The rooms are very clean and the staff was very attentive when we needed them. Cons: Being frisked by an armed guard before entering the upstairs bar was eye opening. Never had that happen before so it makes you wonder what problems have happened to cause that. Doors to the motel get locked at night. Not a problem. But the doors to the motel bathrooms get locked as well! Seriously? Sometimes you'd like to not share an upset stomach with your roommate!
