Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. From the time I checked in on the 14th, I was unable to receive clean towels despite multiple requests to both housekeeping and the front desk. I did not receive any towels until Monday, February 16th approximately one hour before checkout. Additionally, I never received room service during my stay, even after communicating with staff about the issue. Due to the lack of basic accommodations, I was forced to purchase towels myself in order to have something to use that evening. I paid a significant amount for this stay, especially considering it was Valentine’s Day weekend, and I did not receive the simple, expected services that any hotel should provide.
