I am very disappointed in Travelocity! This property was terrible! Upon entering the room it was dirty and I’m not talking about oops they just forgot to clean something. I am saying it was NASTY and there was MOLD in the room. There were holes in the walls the wall by the A/C unit looked like it had water damage and was rotting. The musky smell of the room irritated my family’s asthma and allergies, the baseboards were black from mold. SO DISAPPOINTED! I expected better especially since the pictures online should a nice Clean facility for my family!

It looked like a living quarters rather than a hotel. The lobby was dirty so bad I could not stay. People were loitering around the property as if it was a subdivision. It looked like a section 8 living establishment. I’m not saying this to be rude, but I’m being honest to help others before booking such an unsafe environment.

The room hadn't been swept or cleaned. I wouldn't think of walking on the floor in bare feet. There were clumps of dirt, hair and other solids on the floor. The tub drain had no plug and was full of hair. Neither of us would take a shower as the water didn't drain while the water was running. The light outside the bathroom was burned out. The refrigerator was iced up and there was a used plastic cup still in it. The A/C worked, but it was loud and the room smelled musty. We both had sore throats and stuffy noses the next day. The free Wi-Fi wasn't working. The common area around the elevator and ice machine on the 1st floor was filthy. A 55-gallon drum under the stairs was leaking something nasty. Whoever runs this property doesn't care at all about cleanliness. Bottom line: it was one of the 2 worst hotel room I ever stayed in. It wasn't worth $20/night, let alone $100 . STAY AWAY.

I dont normally write reviews but this place was dirty, damp, moldy, lack of basic safety systems like a smoke detector head was missing from the base. I was there for an event. I ended up driving home instead of staying. Will never go back there and advise others to pay a little extra and safe guard your health.

Good location great value I was in room 221. Very nice EXCEPT THE FLOORS SEEMED like they haven’t been mopped in months. I had taken a shower walked around the room for awhile. When I went to put on my shoes. The bottom of my feet were black

The first was disgusting. The second room was disgusting. No one on staff was helpful. No one on travelocity’s Staff was helpful. I sent pictures of the filthy to everyone and it was ignored. I stay in hotels about 20-30 nights a year and I have NEVER complained about the condition of a room. I will be using Quality Inn or Travelocity again.

The customer service at this Quality Inn is awful. Torri that runs the front desk on Saturday morning should not be in any position within customer service. After being told on Friday evening that there were no more parking places we were told to park in the parking garage across the street, bring the receipt on Saturday morning to the office and the hotel would reimburse us. On Saturday morning after my wife was told by Torri that they do not reimburse parking I asked to speak to a General Manager or a supervisor. The parking was only 10 dollars it was not the at big of a deal but we were told on Friday night we would be reimbursed. When I asked to speak to Torri's supervisor I was told that she had already spoken to the GM and that was the policy. The next time I asked for her to call a manager I was told by Torri that she was the manager anad that was the end of it. I tried to explain to her that a coworker of her's told us to bring the receipt in and she told me that she was not responsible for her coworker. After repeatedly telling her that all we wanted was an apology or the reimbursement I was told that I had an attitude and not to talk to her that way. I advised her that we would be contacting her manager and posting reviews of the hotel. Torri told us that she could care less and to please leave. After spending two nights there and a little over $300 this was a very disappointing stay and I would never stay there again.

Not much to like. Only one lamp in main room. Only 1 light of 3 in bathroom had a bulb that worked. Room was filthy. Bed spread was dirty on top. On last night of stay I opened the bed to prepare for sleep and I found a BEDBUG!!!

Was any of these issues reported? I know the maintenance staff could have solved all the light issues and we have never had a complaint of bed bugs here.
