When we made our reservation we were told that it came with a full kitchen. It did, however untensils, plates, bowls etc. were not included. If you wanted a knife or fork they would charge us $1.50 each. It reminded me of Spirit Airlines, you pay extra for everything. We would have been fine if they had left us know beforehand. Will not stay there again.

For the price I paid, I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast. I understand they have a kitchen for more long term guests, but for those just stopping overnight, it is a bit disappointing. But other than that, the room was clean, safe area, and I liked how you know who cleaned your room and could give them positive feedback as well!

Clean place!

Place was spotless! Super clean. We checked in at about 8:30pm. The girl at the counter was rude unfriendly and acted as if it was a problem. We were rebooked so there wasn’t much for her to do. She was sitting in the back and ignored us until we rang the bell. When we checked out people at counter were super friendly!

When I went to check into the hotel, the original room they booked me into (#602) Wasn't cleaned, the beds hadn't been made up and the towels were on the floor. It felt like I had just walked into someone else's room. When I went to the desk, the young man apologized and stated they were short handed and gave me a different room, I did have to stop at the desk for my second night to get my keys re-done as well.

Nice clean room

Great comfortable rooms with small kitchenette but the only down side is there are no pots and pans, plates or silverware. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and very clean
