The customer service was excellent. They answered all our questions and helped support us to the right directions. The shuttle was a great perk! Bedding was very soft and comfortable. The big flat screen tv in the hotel room was a huge perk for my husband.

The front desk attendant did not give clear directions on the parking for stay, park, fly. We asked specifically about shuttle to Terminal 2 which he said was on the hour/half hour but when we got to the lobby in the morning, it was on the 1/4 and 3/4 hour. There was also an event at the hotel which made it almost impossible to find a parking spot which we had to pay for.
