Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley
"I'm going to point out the things I liked it first: -breakfast and evening reception, although I have to say it has changed tremendously, they used to have more choices, more options with the breakfast and the reception. That's why we kept coming back. The last time you were, there was 2019 before covid and we enjoyed the reception. There were more fingerfood that were served. This time they only served pretzels and chips, fruit, but they had cocktail drinks. The facility is clean and up to date. What I did not like during this stay. - this suite is good for 6 people. However, there weren't enough towels , pillows, blanket for everybody. I suspect the bedsheet for the sofa bed it is not being changed for every check in. We requested for a clean one. - the elevators going up, aren't Secured, like other hotels, you need your keycard to operate the elevator for security reasons. So anybody can just go up, but I guess because it's open. Meaning, you can see the floors from the lobby or used to be the atrium. That's all."
