Extremely overpriced. The reasons for the poor rating is as follows: house was generally clean, spacious many tv'sseating in liv rm. -only space for 5 to sitpool looks like could be fun/warmer weatherneeds updating: painting thru our entire house, out side & & patiolight bulbs over master toilet & tube burned outshower not really clean _ mold & mildew on tiledishwasher :dish rack won't pull out on bottom can't load middle to backlight over stove microwave burned outlamps each side of master bed only shades no bulb, no parts, can't see to readshower liner main bath filthy gross with dirt, stain & nastyback king bedrm right side curtain hung backward tag hanging out kitchen: 2 nice loaf pans, plenty of appliances, plates. toaster burns only. not enough glasses for 10 people, or lg coffee mugspots: total four _ 3 are filthy, scratched up, cancer causing, gross nastyno lg bowls to mix in, or for saladbaking pans: scratched, scrapped, rusty & burn on themcabinet to rt of dishwasher - filthy, nasty & dirtytowels: house sleeps 11. 4 bath towels, 1 dirty wash rag found stuffed in cabinet under sink5 coat hangers for entire house.dryer: had to run at least 2-21\2 hrs to dry sm load.pool area: fairly clean. eating table was filthy.patio area: an accident waiting to happen. law suit. rotten wood & tearing away from boards. deep crack in cement to trip on.1 chair seat bottom is rotting & tearing.couldn't finish what i wanted to say. sorry!!!!
