The facility was dury and stinky the front desk lady wasn't friendly they don't provide clean towels. I'm spent 4 nights there and have to go ask for toilet paper so everyone has to go at there own risk i would not recommend that to anyone.

Dear guest, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you've had. However, at our property, we strictly follow a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking. The same goes for all common areas. Each day our system is simultaneously updated to reflect which rooms are ready for occupancy, currently occupied, or needs cleaning. This is being confirmed by our front desk manager as well. We do not leave anything to chance especially at this time of a health crisis. Both the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost significance.

I never checked in, i tried to cancel because i was given that hotel, but it was too far from the place we needed to go. I canceled within a few hours of booking. I am not happy. And will never do this again until i can see were i am going.

numerous problems in the room. Phone, paint splatters, paint chipped and scuffed, patched sheetrock next to shower just ugly. Toilet tank lid too small. Colored tape on wall Metal mounting bracket with pointe edges on bathroom wall .coffee maker didn't work .Burn hole in comforter. Very disappointed, have stayed at Super8 numerous times and has always been a good experience.

We found dirty socks behind the bed, some outlets didn’t work, the blankets were very thin. Bathroom was gross. The faucet was hardly even attached to the counter. Advertised high speed internet, but when we were checking in the lady at the counter told us that the internet sucked. We couldn’t even get connected to it! Location was weird and I didn’t feel safe

Worst stay of our trip

Pros: The clerk (when we checked in) was helpful.
Cons: The commode and shower need to be fixed.
We spent the night here on our way back home from our trip. We checked in late, so we may have been given the "leftover" room. When we went in, the bedside lamps weren't working. The clerk came down and fixed them. The room was really small. The commode was loose or unbolted. It rocked/wobbled when sat on. There was no tub, only a plastic shower stall, and the water seal on the door was twisted/missing in places, so water leaked out. The shower head was also really low, so I had to crouch underneath to wash my hair (I'm 5'5"). There was no place inside the shower stall to set soap, shampoo, etc. My husband asked for a receipt when checking out the next morning, and was told it was booked through Expedia (?) and to get the receipt from them. We're not especially hard to please, but I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Not worth the cheap price

Worst stay ever! The room was run down, not very clean, and so not worth the "good deal." We have stayed at Super 8's before and this was by far the worst, most horrible experience with Super 8. Many of the other "guests" were pretty blatant about "dealings" and "hookups." Not a very good feeling...
