Well-maintained and in a great location. Just a heads-up—this hotel is used as a college dorm for students from a nearby college, which I only found out from a college freshman during my stay. Considering the premium prices, I was surprised this wasn’t disclosed upfront. It made me uncomfortable using the amenities, especially the outdoor spaces and restaurant. I raised this concern with the hotel and asked about a possible price adjustment, but it was very difficult to get in touch with a manager, and I eventually gave up trying.

Beautiful new hotel. Spectacular design. Staff doesn't provide top service when asked but it does have champagne at the door, wonderful restaurant staff, cleaning crew is slow and doesn't clean when asked. ATM doesn't work to tip anyone. Hallways are load and you can hear traffic outside and loud hotel guests. But really a beautiful place.

Honestly, the experience was terrible. It’s hard to know where to start. The staff was rude at check in. Our room was not ready and they said they would text when it was available; they never did. We didn’t receive our welcome drinks but were of course charged the full amenity fee, which we also didn’t know about u til we arrived. The food and drinks were over-priced. I would not plan to return and I would steer others away from the hotel if asked about it.

They had good service but that's because they are trying to sell you in to buying into their shares. Bathroom Jacuzzi and Jacuzzi in the top floor where not working also.

Service in the hotel was very good. Clean hotel and the food was good. Drinks way overpriced. Disappointing to be told during stay (not at checkin) that I would have to move out early a day earlier due to renovation. I was in town for a conference and the traffic made this too far for a simple commute. Parking is expensive

High price, not high quality

Paid for premium room. Got a room facing the parking garage on a low unsecured floor. Constant traffic noise from adjacent 5 lane avenue. Direct TV flickered continuously during the SuperBowl. Asked for but denied 1 hour late checkout. I only stay here because of my son’s adjacent apartment, but may reconsider next time.
