This place it’s pretty old, no maintenance: very -Very poor conditions: - toilet water running - ac fan falling from ceiling - broken door with hole covered with a napkin preventing people see from outside - bed with close to no sheets and previously damaged with cigarette holes

Absolutely trash of a place! This is motel not a hotel!!! It’s very old and smells and needs to be rebuild. Please be aware of booking this location. I would stay away.

We stayed one night before we got on a a cruise. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and in a quiet part of town. The hotel is older, and in OK condition. Our first room didn't have any power, but the front desk was quick to give us another room. There's a nice bakery a few minutes down the street.

Due to a winter storm we had to stay over in Miami for the night. This was the only hotel we could get anywhere near the airport, everything else was sold out. The room was old and scruffy. The bathroom was not clean, there was mold and water stains on the walls. The chain on the door was broken. The staff were fine and friendly enough. But the price was outrageous for what we got. We asked the desk to call a cab for us in the morning to take us back to the airport. The guy he called charged us $50!! The night before we paid $20 in traffic. This was a complete rip off, unfortunately we did not have time to protest as we needed to get to the check in counter. Not impressed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Kay was fantastic at the front desk. The room was very dirty and the heater did not work. Fridge was very dirty and it among all the lamps and table lights were not working. Very overpriced for what you get.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty - hair and mold in the bathroom, sicky residue on the tables and night stand, broken in-room telephone, lights broken, and to top it all off, broken LOCKS on the sliding patio door. The photos on the Expedia website are NOT accurate at all. I came because of a canceled flight and booked for two nights - when I entered the room, I immediately went back to the front desk and said I didn't want to stay and asked for a refund. They said they could NOT refund me (I literally paid 5 minutes prior) and was told to have Expedia help me. I spent the next two hours on the phone with Expedia. They were of no help. This place was so bad that I left as soon as the sun was up and went to another hotel, not receiving a refund from Expedia. It was unsafe. It was horribly dirty. It was old and run-down. It was $700 for TWO NIGHTS. EXPEDIA, DO BETTER. This is EXPEDIA'S fault. Check up on the hotels you represent - the photos you are using are not accurate. It would have been safer, cleaner and more comfortable to stay in the airport overnight.
This lock was unsecure.

Well it was a really bad day, I was traveling with the kids, and my wife, airlines were canceling all the flights because of the weather condition, I tried canceling the hotel reservation for the two rooms. Neither Expedia or the hotel help me to do so, the Hotel was telling me that because the reservation was through Expedia I had to do it with them, and Expedia was telling me to contact the hotel so I ended up losing $500 because of lack of service in Expedia side. I had also bought an insurance to Expedia, but that didn’t work either. I guess I’ll stop using Expedia.

I checked into Chateaubleau Hotel in Miami and was forced to leave approximately one hour later due to the unacceptable condition of the room. The space showed clear signs of moisture damage, stains, mold-like discoloration, deteriorated furniture, and unsanitary carpet conditions. The room was not safe or habitable and did not match what was advertised. I documented everything with photos and contacted Expedia immediately. Despite not staying even one night, the hotel refused to approve a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious and inspect other options before booking.

Room was dirty. No working phone. Paint splattered on various desks and beds. Sheets were worn out and from Best Western. Missing amenities like lotion and conditioner. Dust all over. No coffee. Broken toilet push knobs. Dirty and old toilet lids. Dirty hand prints and lipstick marks on the wall. Stain marks on the towels. Smoking smells. Flimsy bed headboard.
