The management seems to be an issue. There are no 24/7 business centre as advertised. Management is not on site all the time a leave site leaving untrained or incompetent front desk staff to just be there but not able to do anything. Also I was unable to an invoice for site charges and was send from one to another. The property and location is great, but be prepared for management issues to impact your stay.

Since that's a private property, generally for me it would be important to see what are the requirements before I would rent such a place. The not so good: the bed has a plastic fitted sheet to protect the mattress. The problem is the main sheet that was laying on is moving constantly and as a result you ending up sleeping on the plastic. Not good. It would be goo to clearly explain the disposing of trash in the rooms regulation. There should be someone directly on the side that deals with room soaps TP/ PT, any washing detergent or dishwasher soap. As a user I don't want to contact someone outside it is not super convenient for me. Im not sure If I would be staying in a private condo again. Despite

We just stayed here in early Feb. The pictures shown online are an accurate depiction of what you will expect. The pool area is nice, however they don't let children in the hot tub, so just be aware. Hotel is nice and clean, checkin process was quick and easy. Loved that there was a gift shop right on the property and easy walking to both Wal-Mart and Publix. The room was spacious, great view from the 27th floor, you could see the ocean, city, and bay. Loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms and we used the kitchen a lot, but did have to buy dishwashing detergent- there were a few pods in the apt, but we ate in a lot-so had to buy more. We also enjoyed the washing machine and bought additional detergent for that. Beds were clean and comfortable- I had no problems sleeping. Loved that it was right on the beach. We were a family of five, so the fact we only were allowed 2 beach chairs was a bit inconvenient, but we survived. Overall I'd highly recommend.
