Paid for “Full Breakfast” only to be told we only had ONE choice on the menu- breakfast platter. Sorry, but my teens don’t eat eggs and bacon. Food came cold, and server was totally disinterested in us since we weren’t ordering from the “regular” menu, seriously the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Lots of customer service issues encountered on our 2 days there, so wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast is wildly falsely advertised and misleading. Photos imply a buffet with meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit but instead it’s a served breakfast with one option, not vegan/vegetarian/allergy friendly and no substitutions allowed. No coffee refills, no checkin to see if everything is correct, you're kinda just stuck with what comes out. The elevators are a pain point. Going up its a crowd of people literally pushing to get on like a NY subway. Coming down, good luck. We were forced to walk down the 23 floors a few times.. Location was perfect for proximity to the train and walking to the Bayside area. Rooms themselves are nice. We had a 1 bedroom and the storage was awkward with the closet and luggage storage being outside of the bedroom. Two TVs but only one remote so you cant watch TV in the bedroom and the living room at the same time. Lastly, was supposed to get a bottle of wine as a VIP gift but never received it and the line to chat with the front desk was always packed. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the room but would not come back or recommend this hotel to friends.
