This property is fantastic. I was doing a road trip from Austin to Knoxville & wanted somewhere to stop in between, and figured why not check out Graceland. It was a bit pricier than other local hotel options, but it was 100% worth it. Secure parking area (not covered), shuttles to the Graceland museum, beautiful pool & cabana area, excellent gym, multiple on site dining options, and the rooms are lovely. The bathrooms are large & come with a multi-head shower, which was awesome. The staff is very friendly, the food was good, and the service is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Elvis’s mansion, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing—plenty of delicious options to start the day right. A fun bonus: they offer free peanut butter sandwiches and hot chocolate for guests in the evening! A thoughtful and cozy touch. Highly recommend!

Staff at check-in, valet, and Delta's were all very pleasant and helpful. Room had half feather pillows and half foam pillows, even though I told them twice that my wife and I are very allergic to feathers - by phone and in online check in comments. The property in not as well maintained as we expect for this class of hotel.

By far the greatest stay in a hotel I’ve ever had. The convenience of having three places to eat inside the hotel, plus the theater and pool without having to leave made this the best choice for our Graceland stay. All staff was courteous and helpful.
