The restaurant was out of food options by 7 pm which I did think was odd but our waitress was good about helping with choosing good options on menu. I will say that we did have to wait a significant amount of time - excessive- to even have our order taken. The room was nice and we were even given a corner type room with lots of windows without request. However the receptionist who checked us in could have been much nicer to us. I was asking about the package I paid for including valet parking and she was questioning it and when I went to show her my receipt on phone she became frustrated with me. Also there was a dirty sock in the garbage can in our room when we arrived.

Reservation said it includes buffet breakfast. There was no buffet and restaurant was closed. Only menu items for which I was charged. At front desk I said I should t have been charged as breakfast came with the room; they said they reversed it but still shown up on my credit card as a charge

Absolutely no issue with the hotel. We had noisy neighbors who were slamming doors at 2am. Did not contact the desk. There would have been nothing they would have been able to do.

Front desk staff got us check in/out with no mishaps Housekeeping did not disappoint at all. dinning Staff very polite &attentive we had William as our server and he made us feel like home away from home very catering and down to earth. Received an e mail with additional tax on valet parking. I paid for parking as part of the reservation, then toget an additional bill on day of departute is ridiculous. Complained to reception. Told it was reversed. Asked for print out of invoice to be told this could not be provided by reception and i must contact Expedia in order to get this. What a poor show. Was my first atay at a Sheraton and likely the last.

The hallway on our floor smelled like someone had been smoking weed. I said something at the front desk and they said no smoke alarms had gone off . It was strong and nasty smelling. The facet in the shower/tub also had a constant drip .
