The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasing. Our room had a small balcony, which looked over the pont vieux, the river as well as part of the castle. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and a good shower area. One downside was the small toilet area in a separate room/cupboard. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of foods and drinks to choice from. The hotel offered secure underground parking at a rate of $15 per day. We paid for the parking, but if you want to save some money, there is a small public car park near the hotel for free."
