Everything was amazing (especially recommendations for nearby spots) except that AC didn’t turn on 2/3 nights. I suspect it is related to the outdoor temperature being low but can’t open the window when there is noise outside.

Almost boutique style hotel in the center of Madrid. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff in rooms and f&b. Airco outlet in room was really dirty/dusty and not cleaned in some time. Rest of the room was in prefect condition. Would revisit.

Terrible stay

Terrible sewer smell on hallways and room, dirty water coming from the bathroom floor. They didn’t turn the A/C on the room I asked why and was told it was a Madrid thing. I ‘ ve been to Madrid before in march and they have A/C. The room was warm and stuffy. I was told to open the window and the noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. I asked to change rooms, it was the same in another room. No A/C even when they told me they would turn it on.
