Worst night ever in any hotel booked on Expedia and I've booked a lot of them in the past 20 years. The room was small but I knew that. I booked it for it's location. I also booked it because it says Air Conditionned in the description. A must have in July in Madrid! This is false. There is only a ceiling fan, no air contionned. It was so hot, it was impossible to sleep. With the window opened, it was also just impossible to sleep because this part of the city is very noisy. I hope Expedia will ask the property to change their description of the rooms so that people know what they are to expect.

Mala calidad versus el precio

El local tiene dos pisos y no tiene ascensor lo que es una deficiencia muy grande. Para comunicarse con alguien del hotel hay que llamar por teléfono y si no se tiene esa opción no es posible comunicarse. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y es sumamente calurosa. Hay hoteles a pocos metros de distancia que solo cobran 10 dólares más por noche y que tienen aire acondicionado y ascensor, por lo tanto, este hotel no vale la pena reservarlo a menos que el precio de este hotel sea mucho más bajo con respecto a los otros hoteles mejores en el área. No recomiendo este hotel.

Insalubridade

O quarto é um cubículo com banheiro. Havia limpeza diária, sim. O banheiro era limpo, sim. Fora as paredes que não estavam pintadas, a aparência era de limpo, sim. Mas não tem janela, não ha ventilação de fora e com isso é o PARAISO dos ácaros e todas as poeiras inimagináveis. Propício a uma doença respiratória, como aconteceu comigo. Resultado: fui adoecendo até ficar os dois últimos dias sem conseguir fazer nada em Madrid. Só saí pra comer e perdi dias da viagem, bem como me impossibilitou de ir ao Museu Reina Sophia, na sexta 16/05, último dia da viagem. De sexta pra sábado, acordei de madrugada, desesperada, contando os minutos para retornar. A localização não vale a insalubridade. Ah! E tem uma escada, estreita, se vc ficar no quarto de uma andar criado por eles.
