Marta and Javier were absolutely amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond!! They treated our 8-year-old son with so much care and love, and they truly made the difference in our stay. The place is small, but very clean and comfortable, and we still had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, and the hospitality was exceptional. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

The hotel has an outstanding location for tourism, as it is in the heart of probably the busiest pedestrian square in Madrid. Also, there is a metro stop within literally 50-60 meters of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was slightly small, but very comfortable.

There was construction on some floors of the hotel making it a bit dusty and noisy during the day. You can hear movements from the floors above but it did not interrupt our sleep. The bed was comfortable although the room temperature was difficult to control. This hotel is in a perfect location and all the major attractions and great shopping is within walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly.

The A/C in the room did not cool at all. The room stayed hot. Noises from the top floor luke moving furniture went on all day, all night. For $200 a night i could have stayed at a much better place for sure.

The room was hot and the air conditioning did not cool it. I suspect it was turned off. If you opened the window there was so much noise outside you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was quite good and the staff at the hotel were excellent.
