The room is in a very bad shape, the mattress is bad. The configuration of the bathroom is horrible its almost impossible to use. No coffe maker o expreso in room, no coffe in lobby and the overnight staff is very very rude. Bad experience, never book again until they refurbish and improve the staff

The location of the hotel is excellent, and this has been our second time staying at this property as well as others from the same chain. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was very disappointing—unhelpful, unfriendly, and even rude when responding to a simple request. It truly felt as if good manners had been left at home.

Excelente zona

Excelente hotel en el centro de una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, con restaurantes de alta calidad en los alrededores, tiendas de todo tipo y hermosa zona para caminar. La habitación bastante espaciosa con una cama king size y cómoda, el baño cuenta con todo lo necesario si llegas con absolutamente nada, volvería a quedarme.
