This place offers an exceptional location being on the heart of the Madrd's "Broadway". Great place of you want to stay and enjoy shows, theatre, shopping and night life. It's also right in front the subway (metro) I don't think it will be a good choice for a family trip. The rooms are small and the place needs some serious renovations

Room was fine, bathroom was quite small and there was a sign that said we weren't allowed to flush even toilet paper? Staff was very friendly. Our window was facing the street which was very loud even into the night. Won't hold that against
