When we arrived to the hotel we found it difficult to get to it due to the construction around the hotel. Finally we got there and figured out where to park our rental car. The room was really warm. The air conditioner was working but not that great. The did provide us with a fan which helped. One thing I noticed is the room door did not automatically lock when we left. So we had to insert the key to lock the door. That’s not normal for most rooms so I’m glad I noticed before we left. I did like the location of this hotel because we could walk everywhere.

Celebrated our 25th anniversary here!!

I am so happy to have chosen petit palace hotels in plaza del carmen, Madrid. This was our first time in Madrid and my husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The whole staff at petite palace made us feel so special all the time, everyone was so friendly and helpful, the hotel is so beautiful and wonderfully cental to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment, please visit you will not be dissatisfied, from Mr and Mrs Giraldo.

Little Hotel with great potential.

Pros: I only used my bedroom, lobby and desk. Environment is nice and familiar.
Cons: Bathroom doors might be fixed for better enclosure.
Location: It is located close to Puerta del Sol. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and stores. Transportation is excellent in this zone.
Excellent location and polite staff. Clean and comfy.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
good location near metro and well-appointed room for the money. staff was available 24 hr. able to store luggage until check-in.

Good location, good hotel

Pros: location
This hotel is in an excellent location, right on the Plaza, near restaurants, cinemas, and shops. Also, it was an easy walk to other interesting areas in Madrid. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.
