Excellent location, friendly staff, coffee machine was amazing! The air conditioner leaked non-stop and we had to put a bowl and towls under it to catch the water. The shower overflowed evey time it was used and flooded the bathroom, but there was no floor drain, so we had to mop up with towels and placd a towel in the shower to stop the water from pouring out. It's an old building, so those types of inconveniences are to be expected, I share this not to voice disappointment, but to give solutions to avoid frustration.

Helpful staff, very central

Helpful and nice staff. The hostel is right in the city centre and it was quite noisy until very late. It is not allowed to flush toilet paper in the toilet and our toilet had some problems that it took time to fix. Otherwise nice and clean rooms.

El lugar esta perfectamente ubicado, no tuvimos que pagar transporte ni una sola vez, si te gusta caminar es el lugar perfecto, la habitación es comoda, limpia y funcional, el personal amable y servicial, si vienes a Madrid por primera vez es una excelente opcion, costo beneficio.

El lugar es súper céntrico. Me encantó el lugar. Me quedé en la que tiene balcón y tiene una vista espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Si tienes sueño sensible, se debe tener en cuenta que por estar en la Gran Vía hay bastante ruido. La atención súper buena, son muy amables todos.
