With capacity for up to 6 guests, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In addition, the living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, which means it can be used as a third bedroom if needed.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay, as well as a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

- Dolce Gusto coffee machine with courtesy capsules
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper: 1 unit

Nestled in the authentic Carabanchel district, this location offers a peaceful retreat away from the tourist crowds while keeping you well connected to the heart of Madrid. Stroll through local cafés, traditional markets, and lively plazas where daily life unfolds with a true neighborhood charm. The area combines quiet residential streets with easy access to shops, restaurants, and green spaces, making it ideal for a comfortable stay.

Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there is a small step at the entrance and inside the bedrooms, so the property is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
