"Everything about the property was fine. It is the Expedia experience needs improvement. First, I made a two room reservation for two (2) nights. The folks that were to stay there could not make it the first day. I tried contacting Expedia through customer service and that didn’t go very well. The telephonic menu in trying to get to the right person to resolve the issue was problematic, and I just couldn’t get through. When the parties arrived the second day, it was learned that the reservation was all together canceled. I had paid for the two day stay in advance. A new reservation needed to be made and paid with a different credit card. At the end of the day, the reservation was paid twice. One to Expedia and one directly to the hotel. I will be calling Expedia tomorrow and try to negotiate an arrangement. I have used Expedia for a number of years and nothing like this has happened before."

"Very nice, clean, updated condo. Everything we needed. Communication and directions were great. Grounds and pool were very well kept except for one closed pool. Construction up front didn't bother us. Highly recommended."
