The breakfast choices were good but the food was cold at 9:00. The bathroom light kept going out. Had to call front desk for maintenance 5 times, hazardous for slip & fall, had to take shower with no light & was told to hit the reset button. Light continuously went out very unsafe & inconvenient. Hit the reset button & it made the TV in the bedroom cut off.

The room was spacious and looked to be recently renovated. The bed was not very comfortable. The price of overnight parking was on par with Washington DC and seemed improperly scaled for the midwest. Be aware of one way streets in Louisville--I found it extremely difficult to get around with Apple Maps.

Breakfast was great, fresh made omelets, employees were very helpful except for the front desk manager. She made out room switch, by management the night before, in to our fault for booking with Expedia. There were numerous homeless out front when we pulled up to the property, even more walking through 4th street live, one told me to F my sister for not giving him money. There were no shops to speak of nearby, a few restaurants but none that were particularly interesting to us.

The overall stay was great, location is excellent! The only fault I had was that the hotel and the booking agents have zero communication with each other. I had booked an extra night to my stay with a Hilton agent who told me they would add a note to my current booking for the hotel staff. That never happened and I ended up getting charged for two separate bookings and it became a bit a thing. It was resolved but was a bit of an inconvenience to say the least. Otherwise, the stay was great.
