Room is spacious, floor had some weird stains, and the bathroom has a frosted door which we did not find appropriate for a family. You could see the person on the toilet or undressing.

Easy check in, polite staff. Clean room and bathroom. Lovely gesture of bottles water in room. 15min walk to Grande place. Felt safe as a group of females travelling to the markets

Well-renovated, inadequately cleaned, isolated and far from everything. Some staff (from South America and the Philippines) are nice others less so. The breakfast was good.

Room was spacious, staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had heaps of options. The only downfall is that the hotel is located close to Gare du Nord station which is a red light area where thieves operate. Highly recommend to take a taxi. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent
