The property was well maintained, my concierge Gabriel Avila was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. He never hesitated to answer my questions or doubted on helping me. I went with my two kids and he made sure we had an easy access to amenities. Thank you Gabriel for everything.

Having a Butler was awesome never experienced this. Adrian in the Altitude tower was very hands on for any all concerns! Very nice adult pool, Sports bar & Altitude lounge. Good drinks! The food could have been better. Thats why we gave four stars. Will return!

The Krystal Grand Los Cabos was perfect for my family (kids 4 & 10). The pools, food and staff were up to expectations. Gabriel Avila at Expedia Concierge was very helpful with all our needs during our stay. We will be coming back soon!

The staff provided excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating, also highly responsive. Suggestions for improvement - the restaurants were "okay". Waitstaff service definitely needs some improvement or coaching. We were very disappointed there were no lounge chairs on the beach as depicted in the photos online. This could be a truly top-notch resort if they up their game a bit. As is, it was nice, great location, loved the adults only pool, and poolside waiters and bar tenders were great! My room was also kept very nice by the housekeeping staff. The rooftop bar needs more ambience and should be open to more guests. It always felt lonely up there!

Krystal Grand is an above and beyond experience, whether you've travelled to Cabo before or not, you will be amazed at everything this slice of paradise has to offer Firstly, this resort is top tier in everyway. The atmosphere, the scenery, the food and drink, it sweeps every category you could throw at it. You will not be disappointed Second, the staff are the most joyful and helpful group of people you will ever meet. They truly make you stay feel stress free for the entire time. We booked 2 rooms, when we arrived one room was ready, the other room had bugs of some kind in the bed, we took them to the front desk and they did change rooms for us, the cleaning staff were very good They never had salt and pepper and service in the restaurant wasn’t that great The pool staff was awesome

We had so many problems; I can’t even remember them all. I feel the website should be more “specific” about the rooms and location of BelAir rooms. Food in the Grill was not good! Gabriel will bring this Resort to the standard it deserves. He is exceptional as well as many of the staff!

Check in was easy and front desk were polite and accommodating, Did not like having to get up at 6am to play towel game at the pool, if not seats were gone by 6:30 am. Adult pool was not heated, was so cold the1st the 4 days we could not even get in. By 5th day the sun heated it up enough to get in. Restaurants: Italian restaurant was ok, Japanese restaurant was our favourite, Breakfast at buffet was ok because the made fresh cooked Omletes. Dinner at buffet was served in warming trays and was luke warm....No fresh Salsa to be had at buffet. Would be nice if the buffet had fresh cooking stations. Dinner at The grill was cold & Mexican Restaurant was terrible..... Rooms were OK, we had a nice view, shower was always hot but no washcloths were ever provided. Drinks were Ok, but often ran out of Bacardi white. No blended drinks in Lobby bar.

Resort Getting Tired

We stayed at this resort in 2019 and loved it. It was different this trip. I was disappointed that some of the resort was now the Altitude Club and off limits to Krystal Grand guests. The rooms are getting tired and worn and are not as shown in the add. The service wasn’t the best not due to staff not working hard, there just were not enough staff. The food was alright but the lines were long. Overall it is not a resort we will revisit, which makes me sad because I certainly loved it the first time.

We had a great stay at this resort! It was exactly what it was meant to be… sun, surf and drinks. Is it a 5 star? Absolutely not, but it is not priced as such. I actually think it was very well priced for the value. We escaped the tailed of Canadian winter and it was great!
