We love it there. Perfect location. The food was great especially the hibachi. And we love the pool side bar and the fish tacos there was awesome. 10 mins walk to surfing beach. And even tho the beach is not swimable but you can take uber 10mins to palmailla beach. The staff was amazing. We really enjoy it there.

From checkin till check out we had a marvelous experience. Suprise bday cake during dinner for my husband was unexpected. But they made sure we had a pretty good time. Excellent service at the restaurants and bars. Poolside was awesome. Highly recommended for families and friends. Can never go wrong with all inclusive. We will definitely return. This is our second time staying at the Krystal grand in los Cabo’s! This is also our first time bringing both our kids. Upon arrival, the Expedia concierge Gabriel was very inviting, warm and friendly. Even when we had minor issues with our room (toilet not flushing properly, loud highway noise) he went above and beyond by upgrading our room to the altitude tower which is their highest category suite. Waking up every morning to a beach front view was something out of a magazine. We couldn’t have been happier and it was because of Gabriel that we got to experience this. Not only that, but because ayami restaurant was closed due to renovations he pulled strings by allowing us to enjoy a delicious premium seafood meal at Senses, which is only for altitude club members. I got to celebrate my birthday eating my favourite food. Gloria, Rodrigo, Tania and Ishmail were also outstanding to us. They made our stay extra special and memorable. We cannot thank them enough for their service. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for their hospitality! This is why we keep returning to the Krystal grand :)

This resort is a perfect spot for those on a budget! The all-inclusive feature was great.Food was good all around the resort except the Ialian restaurant. Japanese restaurant was closed the full 7 days we were there unfortunately but some nights they had a sushi bar at the buffet which was acceptable. Service at th upstairs Mexican restaurant was poor. The Grill restaurant was unbelievable! 4 -5 ☆Food! A must eat spot...All the bars had good service and the drinks were plentiful. The beer wasn't that great but since it was free who cares. If your a true surfer is An easy 10 minute walk up the beach to a great surf zone. 3 surf areas right next to each other! When your at the pools keep an eye on your things. Will definitely come back for a visit in the future!

Don't book through Expedia. You will be a nonpriority guest at every resturant and every amenity. The hotel itself is not maintained well. Almost ruined our experience if it wasn't for them upgrading us to an Oceanview suite when our room had many problems and we complained. Finally, the staff mainly spoke in Spanish and made it hard to communicateour needs. I've been to many resorts around the Caribbean, and staff were able to communicate the basics, such as well done, and medium rare when cooking eggs or stake. Directions when asked. Just simple key phrases to order food or ask for something. I would definitely go back to Cabo, but not this hotel

Everyone was so nice and they really took care of you. We went for my son's birthday and they had a lil cake for him when we got to the room. It's a nice resort for families . They do have a place for adults only but its apart from the family side. Every day they had different dinners . The ppl at the pool were really nice and they know how to entertain the crowd. We will diffently be back. Thank you for everything .
