I had to cancel my stay and book elsewhere because the 'smoke-free' room reeked of smoke. I requested a refund since the room was not as advertised. Also, the cleanliness could use some improvement.

First off, I was looking for a room with a kitchen which this one said it had. Nowhere on the website does it say I need special pots to use the kitchen as it has an induction area will only induction pans can be used and they have none here so I had to spend another $50 to get pans to be able to use their kitchen.
The so-called kitchen with my purchased pan at the store because they do not have the appropriate pans at this facility

I woke up to hearing water and realized the heater/air conditioner had water coming out of it like a waterfall. There was water on the floor by my belongings as well. I called management around 4 a.m. and he said he would get the maintenance to take care of it, but they never came. Also the door was easy to open if you didn't slam it shut. I'm so Livid because I slept all night and that was a dangerous situation.

We had multiple issues with the tv and tv remote not working. The staff were always willing to try and help correct the issue, but it continued. It would have been nice to have our garbages dumped the day we received fresh towels

The room amwas nice and clean, staff was very attentive and professional. Laundry was appropriate and clean. Parking is is convenient and safe during my stay. There were people going through the trash bins and collecting plastic and clothes. Very pet friendly. A
