I had a horrible experience at this hotel. You stand at the window and wait until the front desk person decides to come out the office. I got 1 key habded to me with nothing with my room number. I got to my room checked the beds sheets were dirty but worse than that the mattress cover was extremely dirty with huge yellow and red stains. The bath towels were completely black and grey. The toilet tank was cracked and visible mold in the shower. I went back to the desk with the dirty towels to let the man know about the beds. He immediately asked for my room key and said he is issuing my refund. I said all i needed was the beds and towels to be changed and he rudely replied with the refund is back on your card i have no rooms or people to clean the room. I was without a room for the poor cleaning of this hotel and the unapologetic man at the desk. I have never heard of being put out because the hotel failed in their duties. Being from Vegas it wasnt like i could just drive home. Horrible start to my birthday weekend.

Area felt sketchy but nothing seemed out of ordinary. Several nights did not find parking but they post a sign of where to park in case. There were several stray cats roaming outside. Room service was good at bringing towels and making the beds everyday.

I would never book this place in my life. It was extremely dirty—the floor was slippery and dusty, and even with shoes on, the soles turned black. Bathroom tub and sink had hair all over. When I was checking in, no one was at the front desk; I had to knock and wait for assistance. I had to disinfect everything just to be able to stay that night, and I had to clean my dog’s paws every time he walked on the floor.I chose this place thinking it would be good for my dog, but I regretted it. Please, do not book here.
It was extremely dirty and dusty. This is from only setting a towel on the floor.

I booked non smoking and they gave us a smoking room… you can smell the ciagarette… no shampoo and conditioner available only small soap… we decided just to shower and change our clothes to attend a birthday and we didnt even stayed long. We comes back at 1am and we decided to check out

After showing my confirmation I was told that Expedia messed up and I needed to call them. I asked if they could give me a room and they gave us a room with one king sized bed. This is more a criticism of Expedia. At least I got a room but according to the manager is was not through Expedia.
