Host seemed really nice and location was great for visiting family. Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I would also recommend the host gets new pillows for the beds, or bring your own. The property is pretty old and with it, you get the quirks of doors not being able to shut and floors slope, but the host seems to be working on the property on the side as a contractor. Everything else was fine.
