And on the other note your staff was good until I met do not know the ladies name but she has blonde or yellow hair how ever you want to put it I think she is the manager wears glasses Mexican I guess speaks both languages well she is very rude ..

Such a beautiful location, but unfortunately the hotel itself is a huge disappointment. This is an old hotel building that is clearly overdue for renovation. The carpet in the hallways is almost torn out, making the place feel worn and poorly maintained. One elevator was completely out of service, and the second one was painfully slow. Very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The hotel is extremely stingy with basic amenities. A tiny mini water bottle is provided, which feels unacceptable given the room rates. Breakfast was another major letdown. The quality was very poor, so bad that even the bananas were half rotten. Not what you expect from a SpringHill Suites. Parking is the final nail in the coffin. Charging $22 for parking within the hotel premises feels unreasonable and leaves a very bad impression. To make matters worse, the pictures on the website are deceiving and look heavily AI-enhanced. The reality is nowhere close to what is advertised. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the SpringHill Suites brand at all. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

There were so many people that the breakfast food kept running out. They ran out of waffle mix the second morning we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a good stay!

Great hotel stay! Staff were so welcoming when checking in. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff greeted each time we came in and out. They have a small market to buy snacks and needed medicines. Breakfast options were amazing with both warm and cold options. Plus there was always a meat option and fruits. Staff was accommodating and provided a pack and play for the little one. Our room was quiet despite the hotel being full for the holidays. Would stay here again next time I find myself in the area.
