I purchased a 1 bedroom suite and was confirmed that it was booked once I got there to check in my suite was unavailable I was provided with a basic room with no price difference so I payed more money then what the room cost I'm very disappointed because it was a nice room but not what I reserved. The staff at the desk was really not quite they had me just standing there like they didn't want to tell me my room was unavailable I will not be returning

This hotel looked nothing like it was advertised. 300 dollars a night and you had to go to the front desk to get extra sheets and towels. The front desk personal actually told me to bring down my dirty towels in order to get more. They did not have the room I paid for and i had to take a one bed room with a pull out sofa bed that was horrible. The carpet was nasty. The hotel smelled like mold and Marijuana and the people across the hall were loud and arguing in the hall. I would have left if I could, there was a concert in which i was in town for and every where was booked. Never again!

Our room smelled like someone smoked weed in it and they couldn’t offer us a new room because they were booked! Smells SO bad and we might get high from the smell!
