I have a very bad experience room very dirty spider webs bathroom no fan foggy when you take a shower it takes time to un fogged mildew around the bathroom and ceiling bathroom door doesn't close the worst coakroches what a shame window no screen the area smile smokes if i knew its like a weekly motels i wouldn't stay my 3 days i was thier just to sleep, When i checked out i ask to speak with a manager the girl says no manager on weekends i told her about the program no apologies nothing i ask for email, they advertise free breakfast when i ask she say we don't serve what a shame.

There was mold in the room but Jennifer gave me an upgraded room for no extra charge. DO NOT STAY ON THE 4TH FLOOR! The 4th floor is the top floor right under the roof and its and old building with zero upkeep including the roof, which leaks causing mold.

The hotel had dirty rooms, was noisy, and had no electrical points, iron door locks tea maker not working my 1st night was a nightmare. I canceled my 2nd day, and they have not refunded the money. The staff says that the system is not working, you should check with Exoedia to refund. They are thieves and will not listen to your complaints

The first room (#136) that was assigned to me had roaches crawling around, and then I was assigned to room (#236). The magnetic key strip to the door was inoperable. Meaning that anyone could just open the door and wapked in unannounced. I was too tired to walked back to the front desk and request for a new room. Instead, I just put the deadbolt on and placed two chairs in front of the door. When I exited the room to go to my car, there was no way for the door to lock and for my room to stay secure. I probably won't EVER stay here again.
