This was a perfect home base for getting to games downtown (Kings and Dodgers) and LAX. For three people — if one is limber enough to climb up to the top bunk — three beds is absolute luxury at this price!

The place was amazing to stay in! Even had someone come over to fix the loose sink in the bathroom. The only issue we had was there not being a microwave even though its listed that there would be one. Otherwise amazing! Will definitely stay here again

Everything I needed!

Great place! It was awesome to have my own little house and an off-street parking space so close to everywhere I needed to be. Nice kitchen, sophisticated lighting, fast wifi. This rental was everything I needed, and more!

Space was mostly as pictured, but some isues. Bathroom faucet was loose with poor water flow. Kitchen did not have microwave which would have been very useful for guests. Neighboorhood did not feel the safest either. Our biggest issue was with communication with host. We did not recieve check info until I requested the day of check in and host was not very responsive. Overall for the price it was okay.

Long weekend stay

This property is beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and luxurious shower. Some brand new appliances. We stayed here for a weekend event that was being held at USC, so the short drive was nice. The property is very dog friendly with potty patches in the front walk and in between units. Javier is very responsive and helped us during our stay. The kitchen could have a few more staples in the pantry. The neighborhood can get loud at times.

Confusing

I booked this place, to find out there was a permanent resident, i was moved to a different unit, i called VRBO, spent nearly 2 hrs. To find a solution, host was not available, then VRBO got a hold of him, he was apologetic about the situation, ended up staying there, had my wife and 3 teens with the doubt of our stay, beside my mother having a surgery, reason for booking was cause it wasreally close to my mother, after all the stress and conversation with Xavier(host) he was able to accommodate us for the length of our stay, kindly enough he(xavier) made it right after all, morelikely i will book with him again cause i know he's gonna make it right!
