Terrible hotel and service.

We drove 10 hours to get here to the hotel just to find out that the room was not ready. I was told I would be updated not once did I receive an email or a text message, the whole day pass thing open to the public is a disaster The pool area should only be open to guests took two hours to get our extremely overpriced disgrace of food that we ordered, the room had a terrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke. The toilet was half ass cleaned pubic hair in the bathtub sheets were dirty. Everyone in the entire hotel either hates their job or is terribly paid not one happy face around if you hate your job find something else to do. I definitely should’ve booked the Sheraton. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family or ever stay here again.

Staff service (valet, bellman, front desk, Atrium Lounge, and Cafe Sierra) was excellent and they were always asking if I needed anything. If you don’t like soft pillows, you’ll be asking for some extras. They may look fluffy and stiff but they flatten out pretty quick when lying on them. Only issue was the room where the water leaked onto the floor from the shower from both sideS of the door. Had extra towels so it took care of that.

I like how everything was super close and walking distance from the hotel but parking wasn’t even available well it was but 50 dollars per day is ridiculous they charge for everything. But other than this staff was nice

Our first time will always be memorable everything from how we were treated and how clean the rooms were. We had no problem with checking in or checking out, staff at the front desk had excellent customer service. BUT when it came to continental breakfast the staff failed to explained to me what food was free and what food they will charge me $12. I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it but the fact that the male waiter said he had told me, he was such a liar. I don't like it when people lie to me especially the fact that he came after i served myself and even then didnt explain to me that i will be charged $12 for breakfast. When i think about it maybe they trap you so you pay extra! My suggestion they need to explain better they take you to your table & be more organized. The next morning we didnt bother to eat at the hotel because we didnt want to get charge for paying free breakfast. That was the only major thing i dislike from this hotel.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. They were supposed to text when it was ready but never did. The room smells and the water in ths shower doesn't get hot. Shower setting wouldn't change and it was leaking.

We were here for a conference at NBC. It’s extremely close to the conference location and the park. The room was clean, we slept well although I did have to take a cold shower on Saturday evening. Not sure what happened with the water. Maybe everyone was taking a shower at the same time. We also had to keep the ac on at all times. If it was on auto, it would shut off and the room would get hot. Also, with the water situation in LA, the shower and tub would drip continuously. Lastly, the breakfast buffet and food/beverage is expensive. That’s everywhere in the area though. All in all, it’s a good hotel in a nice safe area.
