The hotel staff were very nice. However, the room could have been cleaner. The walls and thermostat needed to be wiped down, and there was hair in both the tub and on the sink. The washcloths also could have been whiter.

Fire alarm went off at 10 pm and staff was clueless and assumed it was a false alarm. This staff has no training on evacuation or emergency procedures. It was up to the guests if we wanted to evacuate. Fire alarm went off for several minutes, finally got cleared when I called the fire department myself.

I had to be moved to a new room. The new room bathroom was not the cleanest but I made do. The first room I checked into the bathroom was not clean. Housekeeping has to make sure they don’t take shortcuts when cleaning.
