This boutique studio is located on the bottom floor of a detached structure with its own private entrance, outdoor terrace and garden space. Located in a prime part of Hollywood Hills, less than a mile up from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Bowl. The suite offers a kitchenette, an integrated w/d, Japanese bidet toilet and a rain shower. The private terrace is adjacent to a curated cactus garden and views west with stunning sunsets. If you choose, open up the fully retractable window wall for the ultimate indoor-outdoor living. There's also a lower terrace with a basketball hoop and hanging lounge chair, exclusively for use by the guests. Please note, parking is remote and requires a 5 minute walk, either up or down the hillside street.

My husband and I loved our 4 day stay at Hollywood Dell. Although the room is on the small side, it had everything that we needed. The design is modern, and the room is beautifully decorated. And the views are outstanding. There is a moderately steep staircase to navigate to the room, which was not a problem for us, but may be for anyone with mobility limitations. And parking was not optimal, due to the narrow street. We parked down the hill, and walked 5 minutes up to the room. To be fair, parking is always an issue in LA! It was a pleasure to deal with Jesse, he was always available to answer questions.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2026
