I enjoyed my visit to this property. It was convenient to Victoria Station and BP, staff was friendly and professional, my room was clean and quiet. They also allowed me to check-in to my room early, which was appreciated since I had no sleep on a long-haul flight. Thank you so muchy.

This hotel is immaculate. So incredibly clean and comfortable. Could not find a speck of dust in our room or in the lobby. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

We loved staying at The Resident Victoria. It is difficult to say what we enjoyed the most. From the minute we walked in to the moment we left, the staff was excellent and helpful. The location to Buckingham Palace and the Victoria Tube Line cannot be beat. The neighborhood is safe and has endless possibilities for dining and shopping. The room was beautifully outfitted and the bed was super comfortable.When we return to London, we will be staying there again.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms and building are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is only about three blocks from Buckingham Palace and two blocks from the hip on hop off bus stop. Will definitely stay here again.

Excepcional customer service. From their first email a few days before we arrived to the moment we left, staff was kind, incredibly helpful, and efficient. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday and they went above and beyond —they decorated our room with heart shaped balloons and provided a nice treat. They helped us navigate the area and were helpful with our bags at check out. The hotel is also super clean and modern. Our room had one of the best and softest beds we’ve slept on! It also had a mini sink and nice closet space. They really optimized the space. Plus the location is unbeatable. We will be staying here again!
