I had a wonderful overnight stay at Radisson Blu. I chose to stay here on my last night in London for the convenience of accessing the airport. I was very happy with the accommodations. Upon check in I was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank you! The staff was fantastic and super friendly. The room was so cozy and comfortable that I chose to stay in and relax on my last evening in the UK. It was a perfect end to a perfect trip and a I had a wonderful relaxing evening before my long flight home. I will definitely be returning to Radisson Blu on my next London visit.

Corporate Greed.

I had to cancel my stay due to changes in my schedule which were out of my control. The Radisson Blu Heathrow however did not allow me to change the date to a date in April and use the cost of my stay towards an alternative date. I therefore had to stand the cost of the room I did not use.
