The room was spotless the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is excellent for buses, tube etc. wish they had not discontinued the free breakfast. Otherwise 5⭐️

The hotel is great. Exactly what I needed. The only thing I didn't like is that the taxi that they reserved try to Charge me 35 pounds for a 4 minute drive to the airport.
