Completely misleading and extremely uncomfortable

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. The description online does not match reality. The room was extremely small — and the bathroom was even worse. The sink was ridiculously tiny and uncomfortable to use, and the shower was just as bad. It was so tight that we couldn’t even close the door while inside. Only a very slim person could fit; if you have any kind of belly, forget about closing the shower door. To make things worse, the shower and sink were both dirty. There is no elevator in the hotel, and we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. The stairs on the last floor were dangerously narrow. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled bad. There was barely enough space for one person to move around — it was impossible for two people to open their suitcases at the same time. It was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was pushed right up against the window, and since there was no air conditioning or even a fan, we had to sleep with the window open. I felt unsafe sleeping like that, afraid I might roll over and fall out the window during the night. Honestly, this was a terrible experience. The hotel needs to update its description and pictures to reflect the reality, because this was completely misleading. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel ideal close to paddington ,staff friendly room was clean and tidey the room was small and compact only thing spoiled it was advertised on suite which lt was ithere was but there no toilet door i would only give3 out of 10

My room was in the basement with a window that looked onto a tiny enclosed light well so felt like being in a dungeon. Also evertime a tube went past the room physically shook and it was very loud making it impossible to sleep between about midnight and 540am. There was no bath mat so quite dangerous to step out into tiled floor. Took shower 5 mins to run warm

We were greeted by an unfriendly man at the front desk. We had luggage that we dragged up 4 flights of stairs. He did not offer to help. Just told us there was no elevator. Got up to our room which had what we needed except that there was no ac and the fan they provided was very small and not usable from a convenient spot in the room due to the length of chord and where the usable outlets were. I will say at checkout that the young man at the desk was MUCH more helpful and kind. He offered to help us with the luggage and we were thankful! We tipped him well.

Belvedere was in great location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and Paddington station. The room was clean but it was a bit hot as there wasn't any Air conditioning but they provided us with a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Place was cute. But, we didn't ask if they had an elevator or lift. They didn't. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and I've had 6 back surgeries. The stairs were cute but, narrow and we were located up 4 flights with 3 big bags. Otherwise, it was nice and close to everything.
