Check-in is poor. No one is there. It's a remote lock and I had issues at check-in and the next day. There was a 30m wait to correct. The room was great. Clean. I'd recommend, but check-in may be an issue.

"First off, the receptionist (I think she said her name was Isabel but I’m horrible with names) was fantastic over the phone AND in person. We had two rooms, and they were able to let us get into one of the rooms early so we could drop our luggage off when we got into town. While it was rough carrying things up to the 4th floor, since there isn’t an elevator, overall the place lived up to everything we expected and then some. The beds were comfortable, clean and cozy. The shower had decent pressure and got really hot which we loved. The game room was fully stocked and plenty of seating. Overall 10/10 would stay again!"
