"I highly recommend this hotel! Just understand the pros and cons of its location if your main intention is a grand adventure in Grand Teton National Park. I stayed for five nights in a suite with a full kitchen, and it was a real game-changer for my hiking trip to the Tetons. There’s an excellent grocery store 1/2 mile away and a dollar store right next door. This made it fantastically easy to buy a $5 styrofoam cooler, provision myself for the next day’s adventure, and come back after a day of hiking to have dinner. The front desk staff was so friendly, and the hotel was so clean, that I felt at home immediately. The breakfast was well done and allowed me to hit the trails fueled up for the day. The indoor pool was also nice, though it did not have a hot tub. If your main plan is day hikes in the Tetons, realistically you will have to be on your way very early in the morning—ideally 6:30, maybe 7:00 am at the latest—to get a parking spot anywhere near many of the trailheads, if you can park at all. It is easily 90 minutes to two hours to trailhead locations farther north in the park. That said, the drive up to the Tetons each morning along the Snake River was beautiful!"
