The staffs are located in another building that is a few building away. The staffs are very helpful and sincere. The room and the bathroom are smaller than expected, but clean. The location is in a walkable distance (about 20 min) from the commercial areas.

I travelled with 2 other ladies, and we have only good things to say about the Lisbon City Hotel and Suites Well situaded (metro entrance, literally outside the door) Many stores, supermarkets and restaurants at short walking distance from the hotel. And how about the amenities inside of the apartment? Could not ask for more, balcony, air conditioner, hot water, kitchennette with stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, water boiler and even a washing machine Comfortable beds and pillows, etc,etc Thanks so much, Lisbon City Hotel and suites. Continue with the high quality stays and excellent customer service.

The room is way too small. The way pictures was up misleading. The room does not have window which was not disclosed on their room description. I did not enjoy it and won’t be recommending this hotel to others. Requested to do room move but they declined.
