Breakfast was great. as for the room, i thought i had booked a room with a balcony. The room i stayed in was great except it did not have any power. The folks at the hotel had to trip the breaker. Also, the TV could not be accessed by my laptop or enabled me to access with Xfinity, Disney, etc. I know Sailor Jacks was different.

I booked this hotel as it seems like the best hotel with the ocean view in town but Im so disappointed when we got into our room, after a very long drive, we only want to relax and soak on the bath tub but unfortunately somethings wrong with the stopper. So we called and complain about it but the lady can’t resolve the problem. So I expected them to transfer us to another room since they cant do anything to the resolve the problem. This place seems like a motel rather than a hotel though.

I wasn’t aware that Expedia didn’t let me choose a pet-friendly room when I filtered for pet-friendly hotels so I assumed all rooms were pet friendly. When we arrived we were demoted to a pet-friendly room without the fireplace or larger space the room we booked on Expedia had. With the pet fees, it ended up being $40 more than the nicer room we had booked on Expedia. We were given enough coffee for one cup of coffee despite there being two of us that checked in. The shower did not drain properly. We asked for a late checkout and were called 45 minutes before our late checkout to ask if we needed more time. The view was beautiful and our dog was given a ball and treats upon arrival which was really wonderful. The cookies in the lobby were tasty. The pet potty area is tiny and muddy, I recommend just going across the street to the large grassy patch. Overall, it was fine but probably won’t be back with our pet.
